LysaHome Warranty
1. Scope of Warranty
Aristo commerce ltd, trading as Lysa Home, warrants that all lighting products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 Months from the original retail purchase date.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase (a dated sales receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
2. What Is Covered

Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in materials or assembly verified upon receipt.

Electrical Components: Failure of integrated LED units, wiring, or switches under proper use.

Structural Failures: Breakage due to internal flaws not caused by impact or misuse.
3. What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Improper Use: Outdoor use (unless the product is specifically rated for outdoor use), exposure to extreme moisture, or commercial environments.

Negligence: Accidents, drops, spills, improper handling, or use of abrasive cleaning materials.

Alterations: Repairs or changes not authorised in writing by Lysa Home.

Wear and Tear: Minor scratches, chips, discolouration, fading, or cosmetic damage that occurs over time.

Consumables: Replaceable bulbs (E27/E14) or batteries that are designed to degrade naturally with use.
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please email us regarding the issue. Do not return items without prior approval.

Note: Lysa Home may request the return of the product to our Australian Returns Facility for inspection prior to approving a claim. The specific return address will be provided once your claim is initiated.
5. Resolution
If a covered defect is confirmed, Lysa Home will, at its sole discretion:

Replace the product with a similar or equivalent model (Free of charge), or

Refund the purchase price (if replacement is not feasible).
6. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lysa Home is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
