SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. Where do you ship? We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia.
3. How long will my order take to arrive? Total delivery time is split into two parts:

Processing Time: 1-3 business days (packing and handing over to the carrier).

Transit Time: 7-12 business days (time in transit to your door).

Total: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 8-15 business days from purchase.
4. How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
6. Where do I send my return?
We process approved returns within Australia. If your return is accepted, you will be provided with a local Australian return address via email. You will not be required to ship items overseas.
Please note that the specific return address will be shared once your return request has been approved.
7. Who pays for return shipping?

Defective/Damaged Items: We cover the cost.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
8. Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@lysahome.com.

Before Dispatch: We can usually update your address or cancel the order.

After Dispatch: We cannot make changes once the parcel is with the courier. You will need to follow our Return Policy.
9. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
